5 PLANS TO ENJOY IBIZA AS A COUPLE

Ibiza en pareja planes románticos

One of the Ibiza’s greatest appeals is that the island has plans for all kinds of visitors, whether they’re travelling as a family, as a group of friends or as a couple. These suggestions have been specially designed for those visiting the island as a couple and seek intimate, relaxed plans.

Visit Ibiza on two wheels

If you like to get around on a motorbike, go for it. Visit the island at your own pace. But do remember that a large part of Ibiza is scattered with hills covered in pine forests, so the roads often snake through them with sharp bends and relatively steep slopes. Take this into account when you choose a motorbike. Which routes should you take? If you’re staying in Sant Antoni, you may wish to follow the routes recommended by the motorbike business Moto Luis, whose office is in San Antonio.

Hide away on a cosy cave and enjoy sunset

If you’d like to spread your towel on a small and peaceful cove, go to Punta Galera, Cala Codolar, Cala Carbó, Cala Mastella, Cala d’en Serra or Cala des Xuclar. On Thursdays join our sunset trip and enjoy a quiet and romantic evening.

A romantic dinner

Ibiza has many charming restaurants that are ideal for an intimate dinner for two. In fact, you will probably find it quite hard to choose from our wide selection:

San Antonio's area: Villa Mercedes, Sa Capella, La Mesa Escondida and Can Pou

Ibiza town: Kyupiddo, La Velada and La Scala

Northern area: La Luna nell’Orto

Southern area: Can Domingo, Can Bass and La Escollera

Quick getaway to Formentera

Spending a day on Formentera’s beaches can be very romantic, especially at the beginning of the summer or towards the end, when the island is quieter. You can seek a quiet spot on the spectacular beach of Ses Illetes or hide away from the world on one of the small coves of Es Caló de Sant Agustí. And, of course, look out over the cliffs of Pilar de la Mola or cape Barbaria overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Check the timetable of our daily boat outings to Formentera and book your ticket.

Have a drink on Ibiza's marina

The old fishing and sea quay in Ibiza has become a pleasant place for a stroll with plenty of terraces where you can sit at a table to have a drink and watch people’s comings and goings. The quietest area is towards the end of the harbour.
